Game 7: Cubs 5 Mets 9

Let me apologize in advance for not noting every play. Randy is still at the park (with the score book) and I wanted to make sure we posted the pictures from tonight's game as well as remind you about tomorrow night's game.

REMINDER:

Game tomorrow (Friday) at Allen. Be there by 5:15 p.m.

Game Saturday at Stone Crest. Be there by 11:30 a.m.

Defense:

Grant made a great stop, threw it to Jaxon and got the runner out!

Kyle got a runner out at second!

Jaxon got a runner out at first!

Hunter made a great stop in the outfield and threw it in to stop the Cubs from scoring!

Offense:

Kyle got an inside the park Grand Slam!
Jaxon got a hit that brought two runners home (Grant & Hunter)

Aaron got a hit and played musical bases. Very entertaining.

Grant, Hunter, Laken, Kaitlyn, Byron & Brayden all got hits tonight! I don't remember how many each of you had (sorry), but I remember seeing you on a base a time or two!

I didn't get many pictures tonight. I get too involved in the game, keeping score, or getting the next batter ready.

We need a team photographer. Any volunteers?

It doesn't matter if you win or lose. It's how you play the game. But, winning is fun!

Randy is so much better at this than I am. Maybe he can edit this when he gets home.
